WOW! FunStay Florida is absolutely the BEST! This is the third property management company we have used in less than 2 years and these guys have far exceeded our expectation! When I talked to Richard he said their clients are able to “set it and forget it” and allow FunStay to take it from there. For anybody who purchased their property(ies) as a short term rental… If you are NOT satisfied with the number of bookings (and the income you have been getting from your management company) please pay attention to this post. My fiance and I had given up hope that we would ever get bookings (even though we had set our property up with everything possible and furnished it with all new items) because after six months, we had only gotten TWO bookings. We took a chance on a recommendation to switch to FunStay Vacation Homes, and all I can say is WOW!!! Within a matter of DAYS, not only did we get our first few bookings, but they have entirely booked up the next five weeks for us.
